Weekly and tactical

First, each team member indicates the three most important activities of his week. Then the progress report comes into play: income, expenses, customer satisfaction, etc....

Only then will the agenda be drawn up, based on everyone's activities, so that the meeting is relevant and effective. Tactical issues need to be addressed so that short-term objectives are not compromised. Strategic issues that are addressed should be captured by the leader and referred to the strategic (monthly) meeting.
