Meeting at tables in a hexagon, arrow, U or O configuration? Perhaps leaning back in a lounge chair, or something in between? The various rooms in our house will welcome your team with open arms.
At Vergaderhuis Wallekant, the entire house is yours to use:
- A large conference room with space for up to 14 persons at tables
- 2 break-out rooms for splitting into smaller groups
- Spacious living room, kitchen and outdoor terrace
- A billiard room
- Bathroom with walk-in shower (ideal for those who ‘bike commute’ to the house)
Bespoke catering
Can you bring your own lunch? Of course. Cook together with the whole team? The perfect ending to a productive day.
How about a well-decorated table with all the trimmings? Chris, our hostess, will be more than happy to do it. Vergaderhuis Wallekant will organise catering from A to Z.
Our standard rate includes a welcome snack, a bowl of fruit, sweet refreshments and all kinds of hot and cold drinks.
Included in our standard rate:
- Breakfast croissants with coffee
- Snacks: cakes, chocolates, fruit salad
- Full fruit bowls
- Filled fridge with water, soft drinks, beer and wine
Relax in time
There is no imposed rhythm at Wallekant Meeting House! The participants themselves and the course of the meeting determine when a break is appropriate.
A cup of coffee by the fireplace, a game of pool, some music on the piano, guitar or djembé, relaxing on the outdoor terrace, getting a breath of fresh air during a game of pétanque or Kubb… it is all possible.
Meetings can also be supplemented with walks starting from the house, board games or team-building activities in the neighbourhood.
